Business Model
Develop a long term professional relationship with owners that allow TBS to construct commercial, industrial, and residential housing over time. TBS' construction method coined our "Process Flow"© uses the latest, most appropriate, and economical technologies, methods, and materials that save time and costs. Special effort is put forth to train and employ local sub-contractors, skills, and labor.
In addition to holding a current General Contractors License from the State of Arizona, TBS complies with all local permitting, licensing, and building regulations
